A not-for-profit organisation that offers quality, secondary education scholarships at leading Australian boarding schools for Indigenous children from regional, rural and remote communities.

A national book industry charity dedicated to lifting literacy levels in remote Indigenous communities, so all children across Australia have the same choices and opportunities.

Assistance to victims of human trafficking, slavery and slavery-like practices, including forced marriage and forced labour. Administered by the Dept. of Social Services and delivered nationally by the Australian Red Cross.

Better Project Outcomes

myP3 is a Brisbane-based, Queensland company founded in mid-2015 by like-minded professionals with extensive experience in Portfolio / Program / Project Management (P3) delivery, PMO management and support, PPM tooling, and associated disciplines.

Our founders recognised the need for more scalable, flexible, and value-adding delivery and support models in our field of expertise. Challenged to describe what we do in a simple tagline, we came up with ‘Better Project Outcomes’, and this fits us perfectly because that’s what we commit to deliver to our clients every time.

Daniel Benns

20 years’ experience dedicated to the improvement of ICT project portfolio management planning, governance, and review. With an earlier background in software development, business analysis and project delivery, Dan brings a well-rounded view on what it takes to deliver change.

Beverley Mathias

In the IT industry since 1986 with the last 23 years dedicated to management and delivery of projects, programmes and PMOs. Bev’s experience covers public and private sectors, with industries including finance, resources, utilities, community, education, consultancies, and IT service providers.

Moneelta Sharma

15 years’ experience that covers public and private sectors, with industries including manufacturing, resources, utilities, community, and IT service providers. Mon is myP3’s expert in Project Online as a Service (POLaaS) and coordinates the customer services and training for users for the tool suite.

Ranger Song

Over 10 years’ experience delivering complex programmes and multiple simultaneous projects for our customers; primarily in the IT technology solutions arena for Oil & Gas and Manufacturing industries. Ranger brings an ‘attention to detail’ background in Business Analysis.  

Kelly Clift

Kelly has 20 years’ experience as a PMO leader and Project Manager with a successful track record in leading and developing successful teams. Industry experience includes local, state government, automotive, health & hospitals, adult education, transport and community services.

myP3+ Product Proof of Concept

Completed proof of concept for our new project portfolio management (PPM) tooling solution – myP3+. This demonstrated that the core functionality of the tooling solution works as intended and can provide value to our clients. This achievement gives us confidence to move forward with the development of the full myP3+ solution!

Ranger Song is hired on staff to provide trusted and expert Programme Management services for a client’s ICT Infrastructure Programme. Ranger is now our lead for 'myProject' services.

Finalised our Business Plan
