Carleton is an independent Senior Consultant with myP3 and is frequently engaged on our client projects to supplement our team.
He brings over 20 years’ experience in project, programme and portfolio management with extensive involvement in respective PMO and management office design, establishment, methods development and capability improvement. He also has strong skills in business strategy development, IT governance, assurance, organisational change, contract management, and program and project delivery management.
His background provides him with a detailed understanding of what it takes to execute strategies in alignment with organisational objectives within complex business and government environments. Carleton’s experience covers public and private sectors, with industries including utilities, finance, logistics, government, and not-for-profit.
He has a pragmatic and proven approach to leading multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex business outcomes across a wide diversity of environments.

BUDDING MUSICIAN
And in his spare time...
Carleton loves to fill his spare time with creative pursuits, be they music, writing, photography, or cooking.
After writing and publishing two science fiction novels, he needed a break and picked up guitar after a long absence. Now he is playing classical, folk, and blues guitar. Not satisfied with the challenge of learning one musical instrument, he has recently also started learning to play the flute.
He hopes to one day be good enough to join his wife when she plays clarinet or sax with local bands.
