She has advocated for, and implemented, the full range of systems, standards and procedures to ensure quality; and monitored compliance to ISO-9001. Rebecca is adept at management controls and imparting knowledge to PMs to maintain the right information and report to governance bodies. Rebecca has experience in public and private sectors including manufacturing, health and technology providers.

He is adept at implementing portfolio investment lifecycles and benefits realisation processes.

Julie (S) is an experienced project professional and consultant who has over 15 years Project Management, Program and Portfolio experience in delivery, governance and assurance. Her focuses have been monitoring adherence to appropriate standards using gate reviews, health checks, and controls oversight. She is also a proponent of education to embed practices and is experienced at training delivery.
